My job is to create a safe environment, where you can be yourself and speak openly and honestly about what is on your mind without fear of judgment. You will direct the content and the pace and how honest you are able to be with me will be a factor in how well we are able to work together.

Key to the work we will be doing together is the quality and effectiveness of our working relationship. Deciding to work with me is a personal decision that you need to be comfortable with, which is why I offer a free initial 30-minute appointment. This allows you to tell me a bit about yourself, and what your expectations are and ask any questions to help you decide whether I am the right person for you. It also allows me to gain an understanding of your presenting issue and what you are hoping to achieve, which enables me to think about whether the therapeutic approaches I use will be helpful to you.

I work from home, where I have my own private therapy room with separate access so you can be assured of confidentiality. As a coach, I also work online and if I am delivering coaching in your organisation, I can meet with you at your place of work.

Sessions last 60 minutes and cost £60 per hour. The number and frequency of sessions will depend on the issue and will be led by you and informed by your experience of the work we do. However, we will not get stuck repeating the same patterns that do not allow you to move forward.
